We are very confident in our product. If you are not satisfied with the experience, we will give you the full refund of the purchase price. Please provide the following information to our Customer Service team:

  • Reason for dissatisfaction
  • Store receipt
  • Barcode of product – found on the left side of the product. (Example below.)
  • Include name and address to send the cheque to.
  • Send to – Combe Consumer Care, P.O. Box 100, Nelson, Lancs. BB9 4AU.
  • The cheque will then arrive in the mail within 8 weeks.
